Simple Lines Dishtowel

It’s great for beginners and makes great TV knitting.  The pattern uses basic stitches in a simple pattern repeat and is easily memorized.
 
The added purl line to an otherwise simple stockinette project provides additional interest.  The additional hook detail will keep your towel on the cabinet and not on the floor.
